Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product was damaged during shipping.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elixea.in with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will review and resolve your concern promptly.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@elixea.in.
